Every new project receives a dedicated team who will work exclusively on your project until completion. The typical team will consist of a designer, a developer, a tester, and a project lead. The team will start by setting up the proper tools to ensure your project is successful. These tools include a Kanban board, a continuous-integration build system, and a centralized project site to keep everyone in the know.

We work in short, well-defined sprints that span one week. Before a sprint is started the team will work with you to determine sprint goals. A primary purpose of the sprint is to deliver value. This means at the end of each sprint we will deliver to you working software reflecting our sprint goals.
